Refund policy

We do not accept any Returns or Exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect in your order or you have received the wrong order.

We request you to kindly inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Kindly note, slight design or color variations are not treated as defective/damaged or wrong pieces and will not be eligible for exchange. 

We will not be able to exchange any of your defective or damaged pieces if notified after 48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Kindly note, items purchased through gift cards or sale items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

Refunds
